Economy Excites

Lately i have become a keenness towards economy. I do not know why. May be this branch of knowledge keeps me excited about stuffs. Exchange rates, inflation, foreign reserve etc. Lately it has been due to the fact i loved the book that Rexy gave me "In spite of gods". that has fulled the thinker inside me to get involved in the economics. After coming to Baltimore, Tyagu become a new ally in this journey. He pops up questions on me and i have to sit and search for answers. It has added value to me as person who tries to understand economics lately. Anyway the more you read, the more you gain and your horizontal and thinking of the world changes. In spite of gods gave a couple of thought provoking ideas about India, which i am sure most Indians do not know. It made me proud of India and what we have to achieve. The more value chain higher you go, it adds more importance in the world. I am pretty sure, Indian econmy is going to shape better because this is our time...

Hmm...economy...sounds interesting. This is one topic which I also like very much..But my interest is limited to read whatever news is there related to India mostly...Reading news of being India doing good in the economic front gives me a high. I also read and try to understand US economic jargons but not much.....I remember when kk subscribed to Economictimes for AK-155....I thought it would go waste..But then I followed up reading it everyday for about 30 mins at least.US dollar is weakening a lot vis-a-vis Indian rupee. Then I think about my friends in US who earn US dollars. They must be rueing the fac tthat they would get so less exchange rate. But I remember US dollar was about 32-33 when I knew what exchange rate was.But then I lost track and found it at almost 44-45 a few months back. And when I now see it at around 40-41,I think really the Indian economy is growing at a good speed.
Kshyama, I suppose you can always go through economictimes.com if you get some time.I always do everyday..It gives an insight about all that is happening in the world which are relevant to us,everyone.....news about economic progress in India and all.......
